Dr. Yin Wang is a Research Assistant Professor in the Division of Immunotherapy. Dr. Wang attended Liaoning Normal University in China, where he graduated with a B.S. degree in Organic Chemistry in July 1984. He continued his studies at the same University and received a M.S. degreee in Bioorganic Chemistry in July of 1991. Dr. Wang did additional studies at the Dalian University of Technology and in July of 1994 received a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. From September 1994 to October of 1998, Dr. Wang became a Lecturer and then Associate Professor of Bioorganic Chemistry at Liaoning Normal University. In October of 1998, he became a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Lab and Molecular Medicine, Faculty of Medicine at Kagoshima University, Japan. In February 2001, he continued his postdoctoral studies as a Fellow in the Department of Pathology at the College of Medicine and Public Health, Ohio State University. In July of 2003, Dr. Wang joined the faculty at Ohio State as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. Dr. Wang joined the faculty at the University of Michigan Health Systems in July 2006. |
