Surgical Oncology Rotation

The discipline of Surgical Oncology is taught by the faculty in the Division of Surgical Oncology, specialists in the surgical care of cancer patients. The scope of this service includes Breast Cancer, Melanoma, Sarcoma, Gastrointestinal Cancers and surgical support for the medical and radiation oncology care of patients with malignancies. Much of the care takes place in the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center, through multidisciplinary clinics and patient care conferences.
